Manufacturing  

Located at our head office in London, Centennial’s efficient and reliable manufacturing team works full time to assemble the highest quality, custom replacement vinyl windows and doors.       

Call Centre

Our friendly and motivated outbound telemarketing team sets appointments for our sales professionals to meet with our customers. Our call centres are located in London and Kitchener.

Installation

Our highly skilled installation technicians are based in London and install Centennial’s complete line of energy efficient windows and doors throughout western Ontario.  

Sales

Centennial’s highly trained independent sales professionals are product and customer experts.  They meet with our customers in their homes to demonstrate our wide range of window and door options.     

Administration

Our organized administration team manages everything from order entry, purchasing, accounting to answering the phones.

Service

Centennial’s full time, dedicated service technicians are based in London and travel to customer’s homes throughout western Ontario.  Technicians have all the tools, equipment and parts needed to complete most service in one short visit.      

Showrooms

Our friendly and knowledgeable showroom staff are happy to demonstrate our wide range of products to our customers. Centennial’s eleven showrooms are located throughout our service area.
