George Warren – President
14 years with Centennial 

After a successful career in the armed forces, George followed his calling of building windows and doors.

George has over 25 years experience in window and door design, manufacturing, operations and installation. He is considered a ‘go to’ guy by peers and colleagues across Canada. 

He joined Centennial as the Installation Manager in 1997 and soon after took on the role of Operations Manager.  In 2007 George, with his wife Rita, purchased the business from the original owner.  

Respected by his colleagues and his Centennial team George believes strongly in integrity and doing the job right, the first time. His leadership style is simple, ‘firm, fair and consistent’.          

Don Rigby – Installation Manager
14 years with Centennial

Before taking on his role as Installation Manager in 2007, Don was an installation crew leader with Centennial for over 10 years. Don provides extensive, on-going product, installation and safety training for all installation crews that meets or exceeds industry standards. Complete customer satisfaction is a top priority for Don.

Guy Westman – Plant Manager
23 years with Centennial

With over 23 years experience at Centennial, Guy is a recognized window and door expert.  From product design and testing to production and quality control, Guy oversees the entire manufacturing process. Guy’s product knowledge and passion for innovation is obvious. Quality is Guy's priority and he is constantly looking for ways to make our windows and doors even better.

Angela Wilson – Customer Service Manager
20 years with Centennial 

Angela has been with Centennial for more than 20 years.  She became our Customer Service Manager in 1996 after gaining experience in roles in Administration and Customer Service. 

In the event that our windows or doors require service, Angela and her team of Service Technicians are here to help. 

Derek Oakley – Door Plant Supervisor
23 years with Centennial 

With over 23 years of experience, including his work as a customer service technician, Derek knows windows and doors. Derek was the lead hand in the window factory for 9 years before he became the Door Plant Supervisor. He works closely with Guy, our plant manager, to coordinate door production with window orders while ensuring only the highest quality doors are delivered to our customers.  

Murray Woods – Window Plant Foreman
25 years with Centennial 

Murray ensures our employees are working in a safe environment at all times, by regularly reviewing processes, inspecting machinery and materials, and the flow of the plant. Quality and safety are always on the top of his list. Murray has worked at every station in our plant and is always ready to lend a hand to his team.   

Jason Bradbury – Customer Service
7 years with Centennial 

Before joining the customer service team, Jason worked as a Centennial installer.  With extensive product knowledge and experience installing windows and doors, Jason acts as lead hand for the service team. Customer satisfaction is number one on his list.  Whether we’re visiting a customer to confirm measurements or to repair a window, customers can trust that the work will be done at their convenience and in a timely manner.  

Ha Luu – Manufacturing
9 years with Centennial 

Ha has worked on all assembly stations throughout the factory. His knowledge of all of the processes involved in building windows and doors allows him to perform a wide range of tasks. Ha works hard to produce the highest quality products on time. For the past four years Ha been voted by his co-workers as the Centennial Manufacturing Employee of the Year.
