1. In-Home Consultation

All Centennial vinyl windows and doors are custom built for each home. A Centennial representative will visit your home at a pre-arranged, convenient time for you. He or she will take detailed measurements, listen to your needs, educate you about selecting and installing windows or doors.

2. Second Measure

As grandpa always said 'measure twice, cut once'. Even though we've already measured your windows once, we believe it is important to double check. Our specially trained measure technicians will come to your home and confirm the original measurements.

3. Manufacturing

Our window and door plants are the perfect balance between technology and craftsmanship. Each Centennial custom replacement window / door is hand-built to the exact specifications for your home. Even with state-of-the-art machines to cut and assemble our products, we always double check by hand.

4. Installation

Every Centennial installer is expertly trained and a Centennial employee. We do not hire subcontractors. We respect our customers' homes like our own; we clean up after ourselves and either recycle or dispose of leftover construction materials, including your old windows and doors. Upon completion of each job, our installers will ensure that you know how to operate and maintain all of your new windows and doors and that you are totally satisfied with the end result.

5. Warranty

Our 'No Fine Print' warranty is the most comprehensive in our industry – plain and simple! Our warranty covers both the products and the installation for as long as you own the home. In fact, if you sell your home within 10 years of purchasing Centennial windows and doors, we'll transfer the warranty to the new home owners – no charge.

6. Service

Having a 'Lifetime' Warranty is one thing, honouring it is The Centennial Difference. As hard as we try, nothing is perfect and sometimes our products need service or repair. We have a fully trained in-house team of service technicians (they're also our second measure team). They'll visit your home, assess the problem and find the right solution for you.
