We take full responsibly to MANUFACTURE, INSTALL and SERVICE your windows and doors. You are dealing with ONE company only. We have fully operational showrooms in 11 communities in Southwestern Ontario. If you have a question, comment or concern we are there to answer you.
We DO NOT hire subcontractors. All work is performed by our full time, uniformed employees, fully covered under Workers Compensation. Centennial Installers were the first in Canada to write the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Fenestration Installation Technician (FIT) certification exam.
Under independent testing controlled by the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) and published by Natural Resources Canada (NRCan), Centennial's complete line of custom replacement vinyl windows rank as one of Canada's best windows for performance in Energy Ratings. This will save you money on your heating and cooling costs!
Centennial is also one of a few companies in our industry that has volunteered to have its manufacturing process regularly audited and certified by CSA, ensuring that you get the same quality windows as those tested EVERY TIME!
Each Centennial customer is assigned a professional and knowledgeable Service Technician. You meet your Service Technician just a few days after you place your order, for second measure, and before we start work on your home. During that visit every detail of the project and all measurements will be confirmed. Measure twice, cut once!
We provide a 100% Warranty on everything we do for as long as you own your home - NO fine print and NO exclusions. It is considered by many to be the best in the industry. All of our sales personnel carry an actual warranty certificate and we encourage you to read it for yourself - you can be the judge.
