Many window companies act as nothing more than clearing-houses for renovation products. They purchase their windows and doors from one or more manufacturers and then hire subcontractors to install these products.
Many of these companies don’t even have service departments in case something goes wrong in the process. The problem with using multiple suppliers is that if there ever is a problem with the product or installation, there’s often a lot of finger pointing and passing the buck, but very little satisfaction for you to get the problem fixed.
Centennial Windows is different. We understand that providing service, no matter how good our products are, is part of doing business. So, should you ever have a problem after you have Centennial custom replacement windows or doors installed in your home, even many years down the road, we will look after it promptly. We have a full time, fully staffed service department to answer any questions you may have, or to schedule a repair as required.
And if a visit to your home is required, we will send only a company trained service technician, who fully understands all of our window and door systems. They will arrive at your convenience and come fully equipped in company owned vehicles with all the parts and tools necessary to complete most service calls in one short visit.
