WOODBRIDGE ONTARIO - MAY 2008

Centennial Sales Professionals Hone Their Skills

As part of Centennial's ongoing commitment to training and product knowledge, our sales experts were given a rare opportunity to tour the Royal Window and Door Profiles Manufacturing Facility in Woodbridge, Ontario. Royal is responsible for producing all of the customized virgin vinyl (uPVC) extrusions that go into all Centennial windows.

Centennial's Sales Team learn about Quality Controls at the Royal Profiles Head Office

Royal's engineers led the Centennial group on a plant tour to explain their unique process for manufacturing our custom vinyl extrusions from start to finish. Being able to watch the uPVC pellets form into vinyl extrusions in precise shapes and sizes, while under the constant eye of quality control inspectors, reinforced the knowledge and confidence of the Centennial team. The experts from Royal spent a good deal of time fielding intuitive questions from the very knowledgeable Centennial sales force.

Royal's facility is meticulously clean providing an excellent and safe work place.

Centennial's sales professionals (left to right) Rick Reddam, Roby Reid, Frank Harttrup and Mark Kennedy were able to witness, first-hand, how Royal's quality controls marry up to our own to ensure the highest standards in our finished window products.

After the tour, special guest speakers from Royal answered many more questions and went further into detail on up and coming advancements in their products that will contribute to the quality of Centennial's products for years to come.

Many thanks go out to our hosts at Royal for putting on a fantastic visit and for passing on the kind of critical knowledge that enables Centennial to continue to provide the most accurate and current information to our customers.
